CREATIVE BY NATURE
OPEN SUBMISSIONS
To celebrate our second birthday, we’re hosting an exhibition at The Alchemy Experiment in Glasgow, from 28th June to 4th July 2024. We are inviting artists of all mediums to submit work which responds to the title ‘Creative by Nature’ by 15th May 2024. We are looking to showcase work that is inspired by our relationship with the natural world.
The small print
We are accepting submissions of any visual media: painting, sculpture, photography & film.
Entrants must submit a digital copy of their work via a shareable link: Google Drive or WeTransfer (photos) or YouTube (videos).
Artists with physical work must be able to deliver it to The Alchemy Experiment, 157 Byres Road, Glasgow, G12 8TS, on 27th June, and collect it on 4th July.
Filmmakers agree to have their film shown as part of the opening night screening, and on loop for the remainder of the week, if selected.
All frames and canvases must have D rings attached to the top corners.
Filmic work will be screened on the opening night and then played on a loop downstairs for the remainder of the exhibition.
